One of the greatest business models in the world is the passive income model. It is so good that I would consider it as a gift from heaven.

Yes, that’s right. I receive stuffs like this month after month after month (and this is just one of the products I am promoting).
It not only pays the bills, but it’s also like free money (because I’ve done the work only once), and it gives me more than enough money to pay for my two nice cars that I love dearly.
There’s a very simple reason why promoting various niche or recurring products work like a charm:
* Customers get new money each month. You see, some people who subscribe to membership sites might be on a monthly payroll. They pay now and once they get money from their jobs (or even their own membership sites…) they will be really comfortable with their cash flow because new money has came in. They are more likely to pay you over and over again compared to other payment periods (weekly, bi-weekly or even yearly!)
* People who usually stick to membership sites are loyal customers. Sort of like a TV show (e.g. American Idol) that airs at the same time each and every week. If membership subscribers expect to get stuff at the same time each month, it’s no wonder why they predictably pay their fees each and every month at the same time.
* You can invest that money into traffic and it becomes an exponential business. You see, the sweet thing about making money from membership sites is that you can pay money for advertising and getting new sources of traffic into your pages. Once it grows, you will have more recurring income and even more money to spend on traffic. It grows from 2 to 4 to 8 to 16 and so on… the point is it is scalable exponentially and your profits will skyrocket.
* Last but not least, these customers are trained to spend money so when you give them a new offer, unlike one time buyers, they are more responsive to you and would gladly spend a little extra if good value is presented.
