Okay, now let’s pretend that you have a lot of money.
And with a portion of that money, you get to spend any way you’d like on your Internet or home business.
Let’s say that amount is $5000. Woo hoo!
Now… with $5000 here’s what I would do with it. I could spend it on:
Education – Learn even more about Internet marketing. This includes IM books, self-help books, copywriting books, and attending professional seminars. Going to lots of seminars will allow me to rub shoulders with the movers and shakers, and maybe work out some beneficial deals.
Mentor/coach – Have someone tell me what to do, step by step, to take my online business to an insanely successful level. This could get me from point A to point B a lot faster.
Outsourcing – Hire out the content writing, backlinking, article marketing, and blog set up and posting. Ooooh, a ghostwriter can even create a new product for me. This would leave me time to work ON my business rather than IN my business. I’m talking major outsourcing here.
Hire an assistant – I will get someone who does everything I don’t have the time or desire to do. I couldn’t pay them forever on the $5000, but I would actually be able to make a lot more money if two people are working my business instead of just one (me).
Here’s how I could see me laying out the $5000:
* I buy books and courses anyway, so I would continue to do that from my regular budget.
* I would attend at least one seminar or workshop, and make sure I connect with people.
* Then I would spend the rest on a mentor/coach. I think it’s really important to figure out the best way for me to take my business up a few rungs before I worry about doing major outsourcing.
